Full disclosure: I know people who truly have gender dysphoria, and they are vulnerable individuals who should not be attacked - vulnerable to hateful people, mainstream media click-baiters/grifters, political activists, and the Medical-Industrial Complex. It has to be said too, that in any time of confusion/conflict, there will be many unscrupulous individuals using “identity politics” for their own corrupt and criminal gain (bringing unwanted and hateful attention to those with real gender dysphoria). Additionally, certain ideologies have developed, and commercial interests too, which are used by corporations and even “celebrity” individuals to distort reality. Most worryingly, medical advice is being given that is not scientific or even reasonable and certain procedures that are irreversible can have devastating long-term effects. There will be a reckoning soon, and litigation has already started in many places. In the meantime, vulnerable people are being misled. It is in this spirit that I present the following information.
I’ve been reading up on the subject of transgenderism for some time now, and because it is deemed to be “medical” the arguments always get shut down with the thought-terminating cliche of “well, we must leave it to the doctors - just trust them”; of course, this is wearing very thin now, after most doctors have so obviously let the people down over the past four years. People are waking up to how things really work.
Even the State-funded propaganda machine, the CBC, is waking up to some of the worst excesses of wokesterism; or, is it that they see the writing on the wall, and “want to be on the right side of history” as they are so fond of saying?
This video clip is of a 14-year-old girl walking into a clinic in Quebec, Canada. This is her very first appointment with the doctor. She says she is trans and is given a testosterone prescription in less than 9 minutes. The doctor starts suggesting surgeries and asks her if she wants to preserve her fertility after 5 minutes of conversation.
Narrator: “This is the first time the doctor has seen the patient. She quickly goes to the heart of the matter.”
Doctor: “You can tell me…since when did you know you were not in the right body? Was it in childhood? Was it more in puberty?”
Narrator: “Sacha replies that she doesn’t like her body and she has been vomiting since the age of 12.”
Sacha: “At one point, my mother grabbed me . So she took me to see a psychologist. That’s when they said I had an eating disorder. I told myself that it couldn’t be eating disorders. It didn’t make sense in my head. But at 13, I came across a video of a trans person who talked about having eating disorders, but in fact it was because she was in the wrong body. At that moment, I really recognized myself in that person.”
Narrator: “The doctor then asks her if she has the support of her parents.
Doctor: “Your family, did they understand a little of what’s going on?
Sacha: “Yes, they understood a little”
Doctor: “Do they know you’re here today?”
Sacha: “Yes”
Narrator: “Five minutes into the consultation, she addresses the question of surgeries.”
Doctor: “Are you considering surgeries in the future?”
Sacha: “Surgeries? Yes.”
Doctor: “Mastectomy?”
Sacha: “Yes.”
Doctor: “There are other surgeries that exist. We have a uterus at the bottom, with ovaries. So basically, it’s possible to remove. It’s something that can cause dysphoria.”
Narrator: “Testosterone can make a woman infertile. Fertility is the subject of a question.”
Doctor: “Is fertility, I understand that it is perhaps far away for you at 14, but is fertility something you want to maintain before you start?”
Sacha: “No, I always knew I didn’t want children.”
Narrator: “And finally, less than 9 minutes into the consultation:”
Doctor: “Basically, the logic right now, I will prescribe hormones today, because the logic is that, basically there is nothing in your profile that would stop me from giving you hormones. I’ll start at one dose. It’s not a mini-dose. It’s like an intermediate dose between adults and non-binary, let’s say.”
Sacha: “Okay.”
Doctor: “No problem. The best is yet to come.”
Narrator: The consultation lasted less than 17 minutes. The side effects of testosterone do not have to be addressed, which may seem surprising. Confronted with this fact, the doctor told us: “A medical consultation cannot be evaluated in terms of duration, but rather in terms of quality of the exchange of information.”

Please email me if you ever find I have made any factual/scientific errors, and they will be acknowledged and corrected. As with most of my topics, this is an area where we cannot afford to make stupid mistakes.
Also, please note that the comments section for this article is disabled, as activists in this area are very successful at destroying people’s lives (even one retweet can cost someone their employment and ability to ever work again).
Unfortunately, until the general public has woken up to what is really happening here, a small group of very dangerous people, backed by politicians and other power elites, are able to bully and terrorize with impunity those who do speak out.
However, please feel free to email me your views on any of the issues in this article.
I will continue investigating this important health topic with scientific accuracy, sensitivity, and without “culture war” hyperbole. If we allow this to become tribal, people will take sides on this issue without any real understanding of what is involved and then everyone will suffer.
I predict that in the next few years, adults who have had their lives destroyed with irreversible procedures will not only start litigation but will be asking everyone in their communities searching questions:
“Why didn’t you speak out? I was a vulnerable person with mental health issues. Why did you not warn me about the activist doctors promoting procedures that no reasonable person would accept? Why did you enable or support my dysphoria? Why did you not kindly help me, rather than leave me to the experimentation of those claiming medical authority?”
I suggest everyone be ready with some good answers for these vulnerable people.
I also suggest that everyone take receipts of those around them (many in positions of responsibility and authority) who are enabling this situation. Save the emails, save the letters, save the videos - even get people to answer your polite questions and get this on record. One day, there will be an accounting and evidence will be required if justice is to be done.
Finally, if you really want to be an “ally”, tell the truth.
