Yet its content based on these first chapters should be worldwide knowledge particularly amongst parents. I have a tiny new born just moved in next door and in the UK at 6 weeks she will be given a 6 in1 vaccine then more 6 in 1 vaccines at 12 and 16 weeks then the high risk MMR at a year assuming she gets past the first lot. In my sixties if I was brave enough to say anything to my nice new young neighbours about perhaps informing themselves, ( unless they are already aware they have a 20 month old), I will just increase my reputation as a mad anti-vaxxer. I took a rubella shot before conceiving my first child--didn't want to cause her to be deaf/blind at birth (public health scare stories much?) and blood test having shown I lacked antibodies, though I was supposed to have had German measles as a teeny. The shot threw my right arm into a tizzy--couldn't hold things (gallon of milk ended on floor, hairbrush flew across the room). Pain was unbearable, I couldn't lie down all night but had to sit up in a chair. 46 years later my right thumb basal joint is still swollen, arthritic. Today I would call that an adverse event.
Sounds like you experienced the joys of an intraarterial injection.
That's why you should always aspirate - or at the very least just wait a second to see if there's orange shooting up into the syringe before pushing the plunger.

Really when you hit an artery you don't need to aspirate to see it.
The intraarterial pressure is much higher than the pressure inside the syringe, so you'll see the blood shoot back. It has a characteristic light-red/orange look.
Hitting a vein is less likely when giving IM injections, but only aspiration can tell you if you are inside one, since the veins are a low-pressure system. Blood isn't "pumped" through them, but "sucked" out of them by the heart.
With most medication, injecting intraveinously is less of an issue since the medication will be spread all over the body, while arteries can be "dead ends" to some molecules, often causing severe adverse reactions making amputation of the affected limb necessary. With nanoparticulate this seems to be less of an issue though or we would be seeing quite a few amputees roaming the streets these days.

GPT-4 easily makes summaries, but it doesn't know what you or I would find most important to put into that summary. You would have to explain that in the text prompt that you gave to it e.g. "and make sure you include a summary of the mRNA safety, efficacy, and roll out ethics". Of course, I don't know if the book examines any of that since I haven't read it yet.

Excellent use of GPT4. I have not read the book, and have so many backlogged in Kindle, I may never be able to find time to read it.
I also have a subscription to GPT4, and as an experiment, asked both GPT4 and Bard to summarize a book I read a few months ago ... A. Lobaczewski's "Political Ponerology: The Science of Evil, Psychopathy, and the Origins of the Totalitarian State".
Both gave a pretty comprehensive summary, though not a critical approach. I suppose the right prompts would fix that.
But an inspiration I got from your post is to prompt it for critical summaries, chapter by chapter. Your post gave some extended, detailed summaries. There is no putting the A.I. genie back into the bottle, so I think it is an increasingly necessary tool and approach for educating ourselves about what is to come and how to mount a resistance and counter-narrative to live by.

I definitely see the danger there. I guess the same can be said of any tool, but the exponential growth of A.I. darkly reaffirms a quote attributed to Stalin ... Quanity has a quality all its own. And in this case, that could very well be a terminal, species-ending quality. I don't know which is more dangerous, the alignment problem between A.I. and humans, or the alignment problem between humans.

Steve, I believe that AI is not going to terminate mankind--I dont think history will go that far. I believe AI is going to be intricately linked with the end times dispensation of humanity as we know it. It seems to fit the picture the bible in the book of Revelation paints of a man ruling the world and the vast majority of the world being required to worship him as god and being forced to take a mark of allegiance to him and his government by what is deemed "an image" of him that can talk and also that will have the ability "to kill" those who resist. This will occur some time before Jesus Christ returns. Happy to talk further on this if interested.

I am not Christian (by the typical definition of the word), partially because I live in Japan ... a secular land of a thousand gods. But I was born and raised in a Christian culture, and as a linguist by profession ... see a lot of truth in the Bible through its explicit parables, and implicit metaphors. I do not trust any hierarchical or institutionalized religion to recognize me as a unique individual, but I see Jesus as one of a few role models that I try to follow.
For example, everything you described in Revelations could be applied to a recent history book I read, "Peasant Protests and Uprisings in Tokugawa Japan" by Stephen Vlastos. Everything. I'm now collaborating with him regarding a translation into digital formats and a translation into Japanese.

I think it’s a worthy endeavor if it engages you. One point, that I’m not sure how to perfectly describe, is about the ChatGPT. Apparently it will return results that match your query, but in fact may or may not be with errors. So you might want to figure out some ‘after’ tests to make sure it’s not giving you any errors. Maybe you did that?
Anyway just reading the Ch 1 summary you provided was intriguing!
