The Leaked CISA Report

mathewaldred.substack.com

The Ministry of Truth Disinformation Governance Board never really went away. Officially, it had to be shut down for making the US government the laughing stock of the world (almost as bad as the declaration of the Emergencies Act here in Canada); but Big Brother continues in many guises.

This is the head of CISA:

She poses with a Rubik's Cube. A message?

The blurb doesn’t mention her time with the NSA in Afghanistan or Iraq, for some reason. Or her training at the spy centre Pembroke College (headed by MI6 chief Dearlove). However, she is proud of the fact that she used to work for some other Elite$ at Morgan Stanley Bank - "ensuring preparedness and response to business-disrupting operational incidents and risks to the firm”; like these?

Yes, that Morgan Stanley Bank.

You know, the “crisis” that destroyed the lives of millions of Americans in 2008 - the Elite$ were “bailed out” and the plebs picked up the tab through the devaluation of the dollar etc.. Incidentally, many believe that it prompted “Satoshi Nakamoto” to invent bitcoin as a way for dissidents to resist control by the Elite$:

Satoshi Nakamoto’s “Genesis Block”, 9 January 2009, which launched the bitcoin network. Embedded in the code is reference to this story from The Times newspaper about the UK banks having to be bailed out:

Of course, there could be a further plot twist here if the NSA is Satoshi Nakamoto.

Anyway, back to our story: the US Elite$ don’t really care about the US plebs, they care about protecting the interesting of the US Elite$ (after reading my articles, I hope you get the picture now that they are all in bed together in some really sick incestuous and fascist state-corporate love-in; technically, Schwab and the Davos Men call it “stakeholder-capitalism”). So, when Jen Easterly and the others at CISA talk about “helping to ensure a secure and resilient infrastructure for the American people” we have to take it with a pinch of salt:

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) leads the national effort to understand, manage, and reduce risk to our cyber and physical infrastructure. We connect our stakeholders in industry and government to each other and to resources, analyses, and tools to help them build their own cyber, communications, and physical security and resilience, in turn helping to ensure a secure and resilient infrastructure for the American people.

CISA acts as the quarterback for the federal cybersecurity team, protecting and defending the home front—our federal civilian government networks—in close partnership with the Office of Management and Budget, which is responsible federal cyber security overall. CISA also coordinates the execution of our national cyber defense, leading asset response for significant cyber incidents and ensures that timely and actionable information is shared across federal and non-federal and private sector partners.

Established in 2018, CISA was created to work across public and private sectors, challenging traditional ways of doing business by engaging with government, industry, academic, and international partners. As threats continue to evolve, we know that no single organization or entity has all the answers for how to address cyber and physical threats to critical infrastructure. By bringing together our insight and capabilities, we can build a collective defense against the threats we face.

Well, I certainly wish the CISA psyops team well in defending the American people from truly nefarious foreign agents and their psyops; however, where does CISA draw the line on censorship of their own citizens and US allies, and how do they decide what is “true” or “false” information? Journalists at The Intercept published this CISA document which gives us some clues:

Here are some extracts (MD refers to “mis” and “dis” information):

I’m not sure what they mean by “unique and productive role” here (sounds like spook talk). It’s interesting that they associate the banking system and public health with “election-related critical infrastructure”. Basically, they don’t want any criticism of the banking system or public health. Got that?

Incidentally, lest we should forget, it was their own Hilary Clinton that kicked off the undermining of confidence in election procedures and outcomes:

Anyway, back to our CISA doc:

I agree wholeheartedly that the plebs need more education in how to spot propaganda and psyops. However, CISA’s idea of “cyber hygiene” (language straight out of 1984) is not what is required. The Elite$ want to determine for the plebs what is “mis-and disinformation”, and you can be sure that it won’t be anything they publish.

This section makes me wonder how much of the “fact checking” sites are fed their narratives by CISA. Gates may fund them, but CISA might be feeding them the lines. And we know how well those “fact checkers” have worked out for the plebs over the past few years. By the way, I agree that we certainly want to avoid “despair-inducing disinformation”. But this generally comes from the “fear porn” pushed by government agencies (see UK Nudge Units), and not the dissident community. Indeed, it is “black pilling” that leads to submission to the Elite$ systems. As for pushing “trusted and authoritative sources” we know how well that has worked our for the plebs over the past few years (see vaccines). Governments should be pushing for transparency and full disclosure of all important public health documents, research, finances, etc.. By all means, educate the plebs on real science. But none of this is what is intended by the CISA spooks.

On page 6 of the CISA doc we are introduced to the CISA Advisory Committee (CSAC) and their “Protecting Critical Infrastructure from Misinformation & Disinformation Subcommitee” who met on June 7, 2022:

Some extracts:

Ah, yes, the “Legal, Public Policy, and Trust and Safety Lead” at Twitter (see my next article today). “Socialize the existence”? Who are these people?

Who else is conspiring against the plebs at CISA:

JP Morgan Chase? Now where have I heard about them before:

With each of these articles, the Elite$ controlling the “information” (and screwing the plebs) are slowly revealed.

To be honest, I’m getting sick of learning about the Elite$. However, we have to expose them all, no matter how long it takes; it’s the only chance we have of awakening the sleeping plebs. When the plebs get hungry and cold enough they will come looking for answers. And the information will be there for them, on Substacks like this one. Then the shit will hit the fan, and the Elite$ will have no one to blame but themselves.

And the Biden administration snatched up Gadde from Twitter after she was fired. If you want a glimpse into what a fascist with a smile looks like go watch her antics on Rogan. Now she's IN the government.

But people don't care. They voted for Fetterman. They still voted for Democrats despite all this. Look at Bill-36. They're HOSTILE to freedom. What disturbs me most is how they hold it in contempt whenever they debate people who want to defend it.

I have no idea how this regulates or fixes itself. I don't think it will be through political means or debate. 'Changing hears and minds'. People have settled in their tribes and aren't budging.

"Masks good, Trump bad, take my freedom, govern me harder because something out there wants to kill me."

They really don't care. Or just too ill-informed. Or both. I don't know.

But I do know I'm bloody fed up with listening to these spectacularly dangerous and stupid people.

God help us.

I remember that back in college, there were a few discussions about the News Media and how it fed information to the public via regular broadcast, in the days before the internet.

The term: Information Embargo was a main point of attention, there was always a focus group that was responsible for coordinating the timing of important political or economic "news" and this manipulation was definitely always present for the purpose of public perception manipulation.

The Elites have ALWAYS tried to get what they wanted by controlling what Information was available at specific times. The internet has for awhile now taken that control away; and their answer, introduce Zuckerberg and Algorithms to construct fake platforms of public discussion, hence Big Tech. We were suckered (zuckered).
